• All trades are on the same contract: AS minus MS bench press one-rep maximum, to be determined one year from now.

• Competition will commence post-close on November 6, 2026.

• Settlement procedure:

◦ Weight on the bar shall be continuously increased until failure.

◦ Participants may choose whether to attempt a lift at any given weight.

◦ Minimum plate value (MPV) is 2.5 lbs.

◦ Three failed attempts result in disqualification.

• Injury clause:

◦ If injured prior to competition day, the participant's score shall be 80% of their best previous documented lift.

◦ If injured during competition, the participant's score shall be the maximum of the following, minus a 100 lb penalty:

▪ 80% of their best previous documented lift

▪ Their best pre-injury lift achieved during competition

• AS and MS may mutually agree to amend any of these rules. Any changes to settlement procedures resulting from such amendments shall affect all trades, including those to which AS and MS are not parties.

• Disputes shall be settled by a panel of three mutually-agreed coworkers. Panel eligibility requires the ability to bench press two plates.
